Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At WM GEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it under the following conditions:
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Product Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received them. They must also retain all original tags and packaging bags.
We do not accept returns of promotional products, underwear, swimwear, or accessories such as earrings or socks for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at hi@wmgearshop.com indicating your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the size does not match. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us, and we will provide the steps to follow.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to product defects or order errors.
Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. If you return items that do not match what you originally ordered, we reserve the right to take legal action against you. This includes returning items that are significantly different from what you purchased or attempting to return items that do not belong to the company. If you have made a return for an instant exchange, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the exchange to the payment card if you have returned items that do not belong to the company.
Online Exchange: Exchange for the same item in an alternate size or color at no additional cost. Subject to price adjustments.
Exchange for something different: Exchange your unwanted item(s) for anything on our website, excluding reserved items. Any additional cost will be paid by the customer when submitting the return. If the item you choose costs less, you may decide to receive the remaining amount as a refund or store credit, subject to policies.
*Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Non-returnable items will not be available for return. Items must be returned within the applicable return period and relevant return policies for store credit, exchange, buy-now, and refunds. All buy-now exchanges will be shipped once your return has been processed/approved.
All exchange orders will be shipped via economy shipping, and you will receive a new order confirmation email once the exchange has been processed.
